Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be settled by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).
The arbitrator must be a qualified legal professional with experience in information technology and fully independent of both parties.
The arbitration shall take place in Cairo, Egypt, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced under Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994.
Notwithstanding the above, the website retains the right to seek equitable relief from Egyptian courts to protect its intellectual property and confidential information.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts and waive any objections based on venue.
Cash-on-Delivery Refunds
If you return an order paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), your refund will be issued via bank transfer after the return process is completed.
Account Termination
In addition to any legal remedies, we may terminate your account without prior notice in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the website, and all your passwords will be deactivated.
Special Cases
Product availability depends on stock at the time of shipment.
For COD returns, cash refunds are available within 10 days; after that, refunds will be issued as store credit vouchers.
Gift cards and vouchers can be used once per customer.
Each customer is allowed only one account.
Creating multiple accounts or reusing vouchers may result in legal action and permanent account suspension.
If a product is returned due to a change of mind or personal preference, delivery fees will apply.
Returned items will be held for 60 days only, per the new postal regulations.
Offers and Discounts

These offers may apply to one or more products (unless otherwise stated).
To benefit from a Flash Sale, you must complete checkout before the offer expires.
Once the offer ends, products return to their pre-sale prices.
