You may return your order within 14 days if it is in the same condition as received (sealed package and unopened), or within 30 days if it is defective.

The refund method will be the same as the original payment method, except for cash on delivery (COD) payments, where refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

You can return your order in person to any of our stores or ship it to our warehouse (return shipping fees will apply).

In the case of defective items, we will collect your products for inspection by the manufacturer to confirm whether they are eligible for return.
